At The Jerkins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Ensure the clothing is in its original condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
